Japanese Business Services: Developed strategy to put in place an EMEIA wide account management organisation structure to enable new ways of working and culture change in a practice of over 60 Japanese professionals. This resulted in the transformation of a translation/liaison unit to a visibly high performing business development & account management team. (2008)

Government body: Designed and delivered team development training to improve inter-departmental working relationship between two newly merged departments (2008)

NHS Provider Services: Designed a governance approach and delivered a diagnostic report with high level organisational design recommendations for performance and process improvement to the Board. (2009)

NHS Provider Services: Delivered a workload analysis project as part of a service redesign programme at primary care trust for over 300 staff to identify inefficiencies and improve quality of patient care. (2009)

NHS Provider Services: Led change management workstream as part of a culture change programme to increase staff capacity through increased change management capability. Designed and managed the delivery of a number of interventions including, training, knowledge and skills framework development, communications strategy development & deployment of change network. (2009)

Change Management training: Designed and delivered introduction to change management course for management consultants interested in delivering change management projects at Ernst & Young (2010)

Diversity: Co-lead the Ernst & Young Black Network, a professional affinity network to support career development and the nurturing of diverse leaders within the organisation. I was nominated for a Chairman Values Award for my role in developing a industry leading network which raised awareness of the issues and provided pragmatic solutions on how to tackle them. Under my leadership the network delivered a a number of award-winning diversity and inclusiveness initiatives which helped the firm win two Race for Opportunity Awards‘ for most improved organisation. (2007-2009)
